The LX4G offers hundreds of different exercises which can be performedby up to 4 people simultaneously. It’s the ideal training station for families who want to make their workouts more efficient, or for friends who want to keep their pulse rate high while circuit training.
- Station 1:Fully adjustable Functional Training / Cable Arms. Every exercise you have ever performed with dumbbells can be performed on this home gym. It is also great for functional training & sport-specific exercises. This station also includes a high pulley for lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns etc.
- Station 2:Adjustable dual cable column for functional training. Duplicate every day or sport-specific movements. This station provides resistance at any angle & any height. Static Handles are mounted to frame to help keep balance while performing leg exercises.
- Station 3:Row/Press Arm for bench press, incline press, shoulder press & seated rows. Self-aligning leg extension/ leg curl provides seated leg extension & standing leg curls. Mid pulley for ab crunches & tricep extension.
- Station 4:Leg Press/ Calf Raise for full leg development. With a 1:2 ratio for up to 200kg of resistance.

ASSEMBLY SERVICE
Manic Fitness also offer an assembly service to help make your home fitness equipment setup a breeze. Assembly costs vary depending on the piece of equipment and where it is going.
When you purchase from us we will work out a price for assembly, time for delivery and ensure we have easy access for our driver. Communication is the key here as we want to protect our drivers and avoid injuries.
If we need to oursource the delivery to a freight company then their individual policies will apply. Again, the more information you provide, the less chance of something going wrong!
DELIVERY DAYS
Manic Fitness prices shown on the checkout for delivery costs are for our standard delivery times, which are 9am – 5pm weekdays. However we can deliver after hours and on weekends if this suits you better. We understand not everyone is home during normal working hours so we can work with you for sure! Please be sure to contact our team or make a note on your purchase to discuss delivery options.

Right now, with floods and COVID delays, you can expect your delivery within 5 days if you are located within Victoria and within 10 days if you are outside of Victoria.
