Bumper Plates

Bumper plates are generally used for weight lifting, Olympic lifting or functional training. Our range are strong, durable and rubber, so they won’t be damaged when dropped and won’t damage the floor. They can be used on a weight bar or as free weights. Use these weights for exercises including: deadlifts, snatches, clean and jerk exercises, upright rows, squats and lunges.
