• Adjustable Positions
  The machine is intelligently engineered, featuring easy adjustments for multi-angle positions of the backrest and footplate to accommodate users of different heights and weights. This design facilitates simple modifications to the preferred starting position and seamless transitions between Leg Press and Calf Press exercises.
  

• Ergonomically Designed Handles 
  For a greater variety and comfort, the soft touch handles have been designed so users can perform the press motion in either a neutral or hammer position.
  
  

• The machine is equipped with precision-engineered weight stacks, featuring a standard 132kg stack. Each weight plate is clearly marked with stickers for easy identification and is fitted with high-grade nylon bushings to minimize friction on the guide rods.
  
  

• 168kg Optional Weight Stack Upgrade
  This machine can be ordered with a heavier weight stack for more advanced users. 
  
  

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame 
  The frame has been engineered using premium grade 3mm steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.

• High Grade Pulleys
  High grade pulleys that have been engineered to reduce drag on the cables, ensuring an ultra-smooth motion. They use a deep groove design to prevent cables slipping off the pulleys during use.
  
  

• Aircraft Grade Cables
  All of the machines in the Harvard Dual range have been fitted with U.S. manufactured aircraft grade cables that have been tested to withstand in excess of 2000Lb (880kg) load.
  
  

• Water Bottle Holder
