Warranty and Returns


All of our products have warranties in case of any faults or damage which occurs during manufacture or transport.

All claims need to be made within seven days of purchase. All items must be in original packaging.

Please note that we cannot do a refund if you simply change your mind.

Broken down gym equipment? Manic Fitness specialises in the repair, service and maintenance of fitness equipment from home use to commercial industrial fitness equipment.

Providing onsite service, we understand that you are busy, and you don’t have the time or the transportation to pack your gym equipment up and bring it into the service centre.

The service team at Manic Fitness are also test and tag certified. You may have heard of the term “testing and tagging.” This is an industry name for inspecting and testing electrical equipment in the workplace to ensure its safety in compliance with AS 3760:2010.
