Hands down one of the best online purchasing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Honestly, trying to choose my treadmill was the hardest part of the whole process! Ordering was easy, and when the treadmill I ordered (which was the Delta 3.0) was out of stock, Dean and the team contacted me to advise straight away and even offered me an upgrade for the “inconvenience” - the Lifespan Viper Smart Screen… 11/10!!! Shipping from Melbourne to Regional Vic was simple and super cheap in comparison to other online fitness equipment stores. The response to emails was prompt and very informative - I never felt like a burden when reaching out for information or updates. Treadmill arrived swiftly and in perfect condition, and I seriously cannot fault the experience whatsoever. 11/10 customer service. We will definitely become regulars!!!
