Ordered the polarbarrel and paid for express postage. Received no updates. Had to call and email numerous times to get updates. Finally arrived over a month later, but you sent the Tub and not the barrel. Expected me to pay for shipping back. Lodged a chargeback against you. Poor customer service

Couldn’t be happier with the service and overall experience with Manic Fitness. Dean was great to deal with and had a thorough knowledge of the different treadmills. We narrowed our choice down to the Apex which ticked all the boxes for us having a strong motor, very sturdy, wide tread, good warranty and large screen with wifi, apps, speakers and all at a great price. Dean was kind enough to do free delivery and install which was greatly appreciated . I highly recommend Manic Fitness for your fitness needs.
The Cortex SM-26 has taken my strength and conditioning to another level. Great bit of kit solid, reliable, and perfect for serious training. Perfect for a top-tier home gym setup. The Delta 4.1 has been a vital part of my winter training and a big reason I qualified for the Ironman World Champs in Nice. Seamless Zwift connectivity, solid build, and unreal performance. Dean’s a ripper bloke customer service was top-notch. Quality gear that lifts your standards every session.
Great piece of equipment. Extremely versatile and well built. Looks great as well. Took me about 4 hours to build. Fairly easy to put together. I am extremely happy with this machine.
Super easy to unbox and setup. Treadmill program’s screen is simple yet intuitive. The folding mechanism is really kid friendly as it drops at a nice slow rate avoiding young ones getting pinched or squished. Highly recommend for beginner-to-mids. Really enjoying using the treadmill so far!

Purchased Cortex home gym from Manic fitness for my son and now it’s assembled he loves it………… it’s a serious piece of equipment and we are very happy with it! Assembly instruction are not fantastic so it was a bit tricky and time consuming to build and you definitely require 2 people for some of the steps.
