The Quadro Outdoor Infrared Sauna is purpose-built for all-season relaxation. Enjoy advanced infrared technology within a durable, weatherproof structure. A waterproof shingle roof and high-density spruce wood exterior stands up to the elements year-round. Inside, carbon fibre infrared heaters deliver consistent, deep-penetrating warmth for relaxation and recovery. With room for up to four people, the Quadro Outdoor is perfect for backyard wellness in any climate. Please note: this sauna requires a 15A power outlet (Input: 250V, 15A). Not compatible with standard outlets. Power output: 2920W.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

·        Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

·        Intimate or sanitary products

·        Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

·        Gift cards, downloadable software, and select
health/personal care items

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

How do refunds work, and how long do they take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its status. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Yes! While we primarily use Trans Direct for interstate deliveries and Vic Freight within Victoria—both of whom we’ve trusted for over 13 years—you are welcome to use your own preferred freight company.
