The R40 multi-station gym has been created from years of research and development to create the ultimate high quality multi gym that will enable you to train your whole body, all on one piece of equipment.

The unique design enables users to not only train major muscle groups but its ingenious 180 degree rotating cable arms provide users of all fitness levels even greater variety and a more targeted workout to train specific muscle groups with the feeling and benefits of free weight and cable training.

The leg press and seated calf press attachment is also included to assist users to train the larger and smaller leg muscle groups.

 EXERCISE OPTIONS

• Chest Press and Seated Row - Engineered with adjustable press and row arms to accommodate users of varying height and arm length.
         This station of the multi gym provides users with a range of exercises including Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Incline Press, Ab Crunch and Mid Row.
         Seat and backrest are adjustable and the back rest tilts, providing back support during a range of exercises such as incline press and shoulder press.
  
  
• Cable Station with adjustable arms - 180 degree rotating cable arms provide users of all fitness levels even greater variety and a more targeted workout to train specific muscle groups with the feeling and benefits of free weight and cable training.
       This provides a large range of exerecises as using the cable system mimics training with dumbbells.
  
  
• Low Pulley Station - This section comes fitted with a foot plate for Low Cable Seated Rows and can also be used for Abductor and Adductor Leg Kicks, Standing Bicep Curls, Upright R and much more.
  
  
• High Pulley Station - This station comes with a Lat Pulldown Bar for use during Lat pull Downs, Ab Crunch and Tricep Push Downs.
  
  
• Leg Extension and Curl Station - Provides users with a Seated Leg Extension where the seat height is fully adjustable. Standing Leg Curls can also be performed while facing the machine.
  
  
• Leg Press - This model comes with a fully adjustable seat position on the leg press to accomodate different user heights.

• Ergonomically Designed Attachments

      Comes supplied with several attachments. Lat pulldown bar that allows users to perform close grip and wide grip pulldowns.
      Single D handles that attach to the cable arms for multi exercise options such as Pec Flys, Cable Shoulder Press, Cable Chest Press and many more exercises.
      It's also supplied with a seated row bar that can be used for rows and bicep curls but also attached to the lat pulldown cable for tricep pushdowns.

• Precision Engineered Weight Stacks 

       This machine comes standard with a 90kg weight stack.       

• Heavy Gauge Steel Frame 

      The frame has been engineered using premium grade steel and coated with scratch resistant power coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.      

• Upholstery & Padding

       Padding has been ergonomically designed and manufactured using high quality, thick foam padding and finished off with high grade, upholstery for maximum comfort and longevity.

• High Grade Pulleys

      High grade pulleys that have been engineered to reduce drag on the cables, ensuring an ultra-smooth motion. They use a deep groove design to prevent cables slipping off the pulleys during use.

• Aircraft Grade Cables

      All of the machines in the Eagle Dual range have been fitted with U.S. manufactured aircraft grade cables that have been tested to withstand in excess of 2000Lb (880kg) load.

• Space Saving Design - It can also be placed against a wall or in a corner of the room to maximise space.
