    This treadmill's inbuilt contact handle pulse allows you seamless tracking of your heart rate as you get through your workout. This feature allows you to accurately monitor the intensity of your workout and adjust accordingly.
    You also have the option to use a wireless heart rate strap, that can be purchased separately if required.
  • Tablet, Phone, Key Tray and Water Bottle Holder
    The computerised display has been fitted with a large storage tray to place a tablet or phone and a dedicated a water bottle holder for drink bottles or keys.
  • Commercial Non-Folding Deck
    Unlike home use quality treadmills, this model does not have a folding running deck. It's a fixed, welded running deck, which is what is required in all commercial settings. Folding decks are not as stable and they tend to squeak over time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

·        Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

·        Intimate or sanitary products

·        Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

·        Gift cards, downloadable software, and select
health/personal care items

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

How do refunds work, and how long do they take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its status. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Yes! While we primarily use Trans Direct for interstate deliveries and Vic Freight within Victoria—both of whom we’ve trusted for over 13 years—you are welcome to use your own preferred freight company.
