About the Leg Press
Get leg day in every day! Designed to work your legs, the Leg Press machine works the core leg muscle groups in your legs, which are the quads, hamstrings and calves. You can use these to tone and strengthen your legs or build mass. Building mass and strength in your legs takes commitment but with a Leg Press as part of your home gym set up you can easily work the core leg muscles. And some of our equipment is multi-functional, so you’re not limited to one style of leg exercise.
